Battle Ground War is a low-poly PvP shooter built around battle royale mechanics, along with other traits common to this style of entertainment. Battle Ground War is a blocky survival action game played from a first-person perspective, offering a rich selection of weapons and shootouts against real players.

Grab a pistol, submachine gun, sniper rifle, carbine, machine gun, or even a grenade launcher, then drop onto the battlefield where 20, 50, or 100 real players are waiting. As in any battle royale shooter, the objective is to survive and claim the coveted first-place spot.

Start by choosing a skin for your main character, then pick a weapon and one of three game modes. Difficulty scales with the number of players on the map. The virtual joystick on the left side of the screen handles movement, swipes control turning and aiming, and a cluster of buttons covers shooting, reloading, and switching weapons. Power-ups include grenades and rocket launcher volleys, which can take out several nearby enemies at once.

Alongside multiplayer, the developers also include a single-player campaign split into several dozen levels. Each one requires you to eliminate a set number of enemies using the weapons you find. The graphics are decent and the weapon selection is generous, though control sensitivity could use some refinement.
