Description

Backrooms: The Lore

Experience a multiplayer first-person horror adventure where you step into the shoes of an explorer trapped within infinite, labyrinthine corridors. Navigate these treacherous mazes while evading lethal entities lurking in the shadows, waiting for the perfect moment to strike.

Gameplay

Urban legends speak of a hidden realm consisting of endless, procedurally generated office spaces. Defined by their sickly yellow wallpaper, damp carpet stench, and incessant flickering lights, these eerie chambers are where you find yourself trapped. You must escape this nightmare by any means necessary.

Carefully navigate through each chamber while steering clear of the terrifying entities known as "Friends." While they might make noise, avoid fixating on them, as prolonged observation can trigger a sudden and deadly attack.

These entities are determined to keep you trapped forever. Scavenge for useful items and listen closely for the auditory cues that will guide you toward the exit.
