Description
Avatar
This sci-fi adventure game falls under the action genre. Its storyline closely mirrors the plot of the film it's named after.
Plot and Gameplay
As noted above, the action unfolds on Pandora, a breathtaking, fairytale-like world filled with vivid and unusual creatures. Yet the planet now faces the threat of ruin, caused by unscrupulous Earthlings chasing profits, since Pandora is rich in precious resources worth exploiting.
You play as Jake Sully, a brave man who volunteers for an experimental program that lets people take control of the remarkable creatures inhabiting Pandora.
Only Jake can save the planet from destruction, and he must fundamentally change how he views the locals. After falling in love with a local woman, the courageous hero turns against his former comrades, the invaders.
Once war with the Earthlings breaks out, you'll rely on nothing more than a bow and arrows. You'll need to quickly master the martial arts of the locals, or the fight will be lost. Battles take place across a range of scenic locations, from mountain regions to dense jungles.
