Want full control over which apps launch automatically? Autorun Manager, previously known as Autorun Killer, is the complete tool for shutting those apps down. It's easy to misunderstand, so please read the help section or email the developer if you have any questions.
Plenty of apps open on their own as soon as your phone turns on. Many of them aren't needed, yet they can be expensive in terms of resources and battery. The app offers two modes: a simple mode designed for everyday users, and an advanced mode meant for power users with rooted devices.
Basic mode lets you manage the apps that start when your device boots. Autorun Manager ends these applications right after they launch, but if an app is programmed to relaunch itself, it can prevent the device from rebooting properly. Because of how Android is designed, some apps can't be stopped this way. These are labeled "self-restarter" and should be enabled.
Advanced mode gives you control over all system events and lets you disable app startup. It's well suited to managing what runs at launch, but it can also break apps if misused. This mode is available only to experienced users with rooted devices.

How to install
