Become a true wizard and unleash different kinds of magic to take down monsters.
Gameplay
In this game, you take on the role of an apprentice to a genuine sound sorcerer, who calls on you to protect his village from monsters with the power of magic. Your mentor not only demonstrates how to cast spells himself, but also tells you exactly which type of magic to use.
Because each golem has its own weakness, you must choose the right spell for the right foe.
For instance, fire magic can scorch an earth golem, whereas water magic can put out a water golem. Cast the wrong kind of magic, and the enemy keeps marching toward you.
Each level also throws several lanes at you instead of one, with enemies advancing down all of them at once. Quick decisions are essential, and it pays to eliminate foes while they are still far from your village.
Game Features
The standout feature is full voice acting for nearly everything, from the standard menus to the interactive story segments within each level.
The voice work is excellent, and if you understand English, it is well worth listening closely to what your mentor says on every level.
Overall, the game is easy to pick up and helps sharpen your thinking speed, reflexes and motor coordination, since every attack is performed with a swipe across the screen.
