App Usage is a handy and powerful utility that lets you monitor how much and how intensely your programs, apps, and other services are used on your device. It can also record how long you spend in each program and how much internet data it consumes, along with much more. You can set several access restrictions and create new notes or habits when you've been using the device for a long stretch.
Detailed Activity History
The first thing you'll notice in the app is how long each program, application, and piece of content was used over a given period. Everything is neatly connected, and even your history is kept in sequence, producing a clean, organized list with plenty of different views.
Break Down by Categories
If you want to know more about the total time you've spent on your device during a set period, you can split it into various categories. The stats and overview show your everyday habits for any application, right up to the latest activity.
Track Your Location
The app automatically logs every location and app you use, displaying them accurately on a detailed map. You can switch the view to see more information, which helps build reports on app usage.
Usage Limit Reminder
If you tend to spend a long time in an application, you can set your own usage limits. The system automatically blocks access to an app once it passes the time you allowed for the day, which makes it especially effective for parental controls.
Check Internet Consumption
The system automatically records and reports accurate data on your internet consumption. Everyday activities such as watching videos, messaging, and scrolling through news feeds can use up a lot of data, and you can adjust or limit mobile data usage automatically.
Battery Usage
Battery consumption is monitored closely too, showing how much each app has drained compared to the device's last full charge. Based on these battery indicators, you can disable the apps or services that use the most power or run in the background to optimize your device.
App Usage can track and present device information, and it recommends additional processing tools for certain categories. You can also export all of the information into special formats and work with it in related documents.
How to install
- Download the APK file above to your phone.
- Allow “Install unknown apps” when prompted.
- Open the downloaded APK and tap Install.
- If the package includes OBB/XAPK data, follow the bundled instructions.
